1. Log in to your Cpanel account, using www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (Obviously replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your own domain)
2. From your Cpanel home, select Email Accounts from the EMAIL section
3. On the next page you will see any Email accounts that have been set up. To the right of each is an option - Set Up Mail Client. Select it.
4. You will now see a list of Auto Configuration Scripts that should apply to almost every email client (Windows Live Mail, OSX Mail, Outlook etc.)
5. Download the appropriate option by clicking on it. I suggest the IMAP over SSL/TLS option. Save it to your Desktop.
6. From your Desktop, double click the downloaded file to open. It should now start to auto install and ask you for your email password. This is the password used for that email account.
That's it. Your email will now be correctly set up.
Notes:
If you have problems, please try to ensure you haven't already got an identical existing email account installed already on your PC/Mac/Phone. This is the most common reason for failure.
